Humanoid robots made with human flesh : Mouthuy and Carr

Two researchers (Pierre-Alexis Mouthuy and Andrew Carr) from Oxford designing for a robot with real human tissues. They aim to closely replicate the detailed anatomy of the human musculoskeletal system including muscles, tendons, and bones.

Two researchers (Pierre-Alexis Mouthuy and Andrew Carr) from Oxford designing for a robot with real human tissues. They aim to closely replicate the detailed anatomy of the human musculoskeletal system including muscles, tendons, and bones.

To grow and maintain the tissue & living cells out of the body, They have enabled the tissue engineering with the development of bioreactor system, Which controls the environmental conditions to maintain the cells and tissues.

As a result, it is not surprising that they offer new opportunities in science and medicine.
